Envelope Address Printing Function Doesn't Work

I have WINDOWS XP, and WORD 2000. When I go to TOOLS/ENVELOPES & LABELS, the
envelope address printing function no longer works. I now get an error
message that reads, "There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot
display the requested font." I have checked and there is tons of space and
memory available on my disk. I have a PentiumIII processor. The font is no
different than the standard font I have always used, and had no problem with
for 3 years. Can anyone tell me how to cure this problem? Thanks in advance
for your help.
