Envelope Addresses in Word 2007

Due to a virus, I recently had to reload Office 2007 (and everything else).
Now, when I attempt to print an address on an envelope in Word
(Mailings:Envelope) and select the only available profile (Outlook) without
Outlook open, Word crashes as soon as I select an addressee from the Outlook
Contacts list. It works fine as long as Outlook is open. How do I fix the
profiles (presumably) to avoid this? Worked without Outlook open before the
reload. Have Windows 7.

You've landed in a discussion group for users of Mac versions of Word. Mac
versions differ variously from PC versions. Although several people here use
both PCs and Macs and may give you an answer soon, it's likely that more
