Envelope alignment.

I am using Office 2003. When I print an envelope in Word the address always prints at the very top of the envelope. I have tried to change it but it always prints in the same place. I have upgraded from Office Pro XP to Office 2003 about a month ago. I never had this problem with Pro XP.
