Envelope feed options

I have created an envelope merge document and successfully completed the
merge of data. The Printing Options specified in Envelope Options are not
used when I print the envelopes from the preview or from the 'new' created
document. The printing returns to the default settings. I am using a Dell
Laser 1700. Suggestions? Thanks!
