Old way: Select address that appears in a business letter or in a list of addresses. Go to Tools menu, select Envelopes. Address appears in Delivery Address field. Click OK at bottom. A #10 envelope appears on screen, click Print and it prints a hard-copy envelope stacked in the HP OfficeJet 6310 All-in-One printer.
Suddenly, there is a new way -- I have no idea how or why this changed: Select the address. In the tools menu select Envelopes, address appears in Delivery Address field, click OK. A letter-size document appears with delivery address at bottom. Two new steps are now required: in File menu click Page Setup, in Paper Size choose #10 from drop down list AND in Orientation choose landscape. Also, when envelope appears on screen, minor layout adjustments need to be made.
