Found a question already stated 2 years ago yet still unanswered on a
different forum, so I'm pasting the text here:
I am trying to figure this one out. I have no trouble with the envelope
icon appearing in Outlook 2007, it notifies me well when a new mail arrives.
If I doubleclick the icon, outlook opens and it opens to my inbox. The only
problem is that I am using IMAP, so outlook opens and goes to my personal
folder instead of the IMAP inbox. This is kinda a nuisance because when I do
this, I have to click over on the IMAP inbox anyways. I like to double-click
the envelope icon always because then it gets rid of the icon immediately,
but it is annoying that you can't set the folder it will goto on the
doubleclick. Does anyone know how to do this?
