Dear all,
I have checked everything in outlook Enterprise 2007, and for some reason
desktop alert and envelope aren't showing anymore. I know this is disabled
for mails comming in directly to other folders under inbox if you use alerts
to move emails directly to another folder.
I have checked the options that desktop alert and envelop message are
enabled. Still for all messages comming in inbox it doesn't show anymore. I
can only say that this user had office 2007 prof first and changed to office
2007 enterprise. And he also installed lots of updates that day.
But for outlook there only was an update about junk email filters.
