Envelope is printing in odd characters 2007 word

I have tried printing an envelope with wizard, from the document and from the
mailing/envelope tab.
All 3 ways prints the address in weird characters. example - !"#$%&'
()*+_^$%
it is suppose to say Medical College

No settings were ever changed and I can't figure this out at all any help is
appreciated

If you add the envelope to the document, does what you see on the screen reflect
what has been printed, or what you expect to see?

If what you see on the screen looks like what's being printed, click in the text
and check which Font is being used?
