Envelope & Label Merge

I'm in Word and I go to Tools and Envelope & Label Merge.
Then I pull information from Outlook to create an
envelope. But it doesn't pull the Company name from
Outlook. At the same time it always adds United States of
America at the bottom of the merged envelope. How do I
modify the date field so that the Company name appears
and United States of America is deleted from the address.

Yes, Jon did get answers. You have to click on the little
"plus sign" next to the message in order to display any
replies. (Which means you probably won't see this one,
either...)

Note that you should also avoid posting your complete email
address in the newsgroups, as some not-nice-people have
