Envelope merge

When I do an envelope merge from contacts the zip code is missing - I can add
it in the match field but I have to do it each time. Can I make it a
permanent change?

Check your contacts to see whether the zip is actually in the proper box.

Give up on the Address Block and just insert the individual merge fields
that YOU want in the configuration that YOU want them.
