Envelope print error "must be number between 1 and 31"

I am trying to print an envelope in word 2007 and keep getting this error.
There is no place in the dialog box to enter a number. HELP!

We are having the same issue in Word 2007 running on a Windows XP Pro pc. I
have searched and searched for answers and, while there are many posts with
this problem there doesn't seem to be any solution.
The interesting thing is we have purchased several Office 2007 bundles and
only this one pc is having this issue.
I am getting very tired of Microsoft forcing you to buy something new and
then it doesn't work. At least support your product! When I tried to get
support, I was told too bad because we purchased Office 2007 through Dell.
And I am told to call them!
How can Dell help when it's not THEIR software!
I would be better of with a MAC!

I had this same problem to where it was giving me the same error message. To
get around this I went to START MAIL MERGE selected ENVELOPES. This then
opens in a different window where you can then enter the postal address
details straight onto the document which is in the format of an envelope.
Once you have entered your postal address you can then print straight from
there.
