Envelope printing in Word 2003 only saving .prn

This just started happening today. Everytime I try to create and print
an envelope it asks me to save a .prn file. I can print anything other
than envelopes just fine. My default printer is correct and word sees
my default printer correct. I have run a detect and repair on office
and installed any office updates that were avaliable. A couple days
ago I could print envelopes just fine, but this just started happening.


Any ideas where I can look to resolve this?
