Using the autotext (envelopeextra1) feature in Office 2003 to create a personalized envelope to use with my business letters, I'm getting it WITHOUT the displayed delivery 'recipient' address on the customized printed envelope. However, when I click 'Add to Document' instead of 'Print' from the Envelopes & Labels wizard thing, I see 2 envelopes, the first with the customization (that's printing fine) and the second, blank with only the delivery address that I need on the first. Weird! Can you help me please!!
