Envelope Printing problem

When I print envelopes with the envelope tool, the preview shows that it will print correctly but it prints on the envelope as if the envelope was portrait. I have 2 computers linked to the same printer 1 is running office 2000 and that prints envelopes correctly....the Office XP machine (which has exactly the same envelope settings as the 2000 machine) will not print correctly.

Any ideas?
