Envelope Printing Problems, Lexmark Optra T614

Lexmark has done it again, or is it Microsoft??

Our Lexmark Optra T614 will not print envelopes from the feeder anymore.
Windows 2000 machines loaded with Office 2000. I have spent 2 hours
searching the net and it seems this is a problem, but no one had a solution.

I am desparate! Of course it had to happen to the President's secretary!!

Any assistance is appreciated.
