envelope printing problems

I'm using Windows 2000 and I believe Word 2000. I've been
printing successfully for a long time but all of a sudden
my address and return address are printing way off to the
right side of my envelopes. I've checked my envelope
type, tried changing how they're fed, and tried some
things from the FAQ and can't seem to figure it out. Any
ideas?

Add an envelope to a document, and check where the text blocks are being
placed.
