envelope return address font

George

I want to format the return address on our envelopes using
two differnt fonts, ie

Company Name 1 <coperplate bold 12 pt>
Company Name 2 <coperplate bold 12 pt>
address <coperplate light 10 pt>
city, stste zip <coperplate light 10 pt>

For some reason Word 2002 refuses to "remember" our
company's logo font scheme.

Every time we print an envelope we must manually change
the fonts on each line to either "copperplate bold"
or "copperplate light".

How can I get Word 2002 to remember our company's logo and
print it onto our envelopes?

Hi George,

Are you using an AutoText entry for the return address? Or
where is Word getting this information from?

Are you generating the envelopes as part of mail merge, or
using "Create envelope"? How is the RECIPIENT address being
added to the envelope, in the latter case?

We're accessing the envelope menu from Tools, Letters and
Mailings, Envelopes and Labels. We are not using mail
merge.

When we finish writing a letter, we select the address
than go to the envelope menu. Word fills in the mailing
address and our company return address is already filled
in using our default font. We then have to change the
return address fonts to our company logo font scheme:

Company Name 1 <copperplate bold 12 pt>
Company Name 2 <copperplate bold 12 pt>
address <copperplate light 10 pt>
city, state zip <copperplate light 10 pt>

We want Word to "remember" or company font scheme so we
don't have to change the fonts over and over each time we
fill in an envelope.

Thanks
