Envelope return address

I'm treasurer of an organization, so some envelopes require a different return address than my personal address. There's only one box on the envelope tool screen to check "my address". Is there a way to save another return address so that I don't have to retype each time it's used?

Set the other address up in the Office Address Book. When you need a
different Return Address go into the Tools> Envelopes dialog, click in the
box for Return Address, remove the check on Use My Address, then click the
Address Book button just outside the upper right corner of the Return
Address box & select the contact address you want to use.
