I am trying to print a custom envelope (width 12.5 x height 9.5 inches) on a
HP 5100 LaserJet. Currently the address to fields print correctly (with the
pre-printed return address) only when the envelope is loaded in the manual
tray face up with the envelop flap at the end (flap needs to be opened in
order for there not to be a paper jam).
Issue: I would like to rotate the envelope 180 degrees so that the flap is
feed in first into the print. When I click on “clockwise rotation†under
Mailings (and envelopes icon/printing options tab), it has no effect on the
orientation of the text.
What would be the appropriate print settings for printing an custom envelope
(width 12.5 x height 9.5 inches) on an HP 5100, where the envelop is feed
flap first (i.e. right side of envelop)?
