Envelope Template

Why is it so difficult to find a template to produce an ordinary plain
business envelope? My old Word version (Office 95) had one; even Microsoft
Works has one (which I used), but for some reason a simple one does not come
with Word in Office 2007. Even when I go to the template website I find
templates for technology, Easter envelopes, money envelopes, soft blue
design envelopes and lots of other things that are useless for me. I just
want to be able to address an envelope and put it in the printer and print
it out. Simple enough. Why couldn't this be included in the templates
that come with Word?

Why do you need a template for that?

Mailings tab - envelopes - change the options to suit - type in your info.

Hi, Bob,

Under the "Mailings" tab, there is the same old "envelopes and labels" stuff
that I recall from previous versions. Is that not what you're looking for?

It's not a "template", per se, but it's built in and helps you format
envelopes for your printer.
