envelope wizard is only importing a selection of contacts...

envelope wizard is only importing a selection from
outlook contacts 2002, about 1 in 10. I just have 1
folder. As far as I know, i'm entering data to contacts
identically with each entry. Anyway, the data looks
identical in the contacts. Outlook 2000 was so easy,
are there any changes which took place between them that
anyone knows. Also, the ones which are getting imported
to envelope wizard have the word "business fax" following
the name and sometimes email addresses next to the names
which I don't think should be there..Yikes. Can anyone
help. Thanks
