Envelope wizard

When I use envelope wizard in MS Word 2003 on Windows XP, the information in the Return Address box does not print. (the Omit box is not checked)

I have just got 2003 and haven't yet explored it thoroughly. But when I do envelopes, I just go to Tools/Letters & Mailings/Envelopes and Labels and on the Envelopes Tab I set up the envelope. I am not much help on this one. Cheers.
