Envelopes and Labels - No Address Book Contacts

Hi,

In WORD 2002 I try to perform the Envelopes/Labels clicking the address
book and selecting my contacts. As soon as I tell where to look in my
address book (contacts), I receive a message that says it is unable to
display the contents of the contacts folder and the program hangs. I
have checked to see if contacts are part of the address book and it is.
This is only isolated to one computer at this time. I am using Outlook
with Exchange.
