Envelopes don't print correctly anymore!

I have been using Word to print envelopes when we do documents for
years now. Today we had a server reboot while a user was editing a
document and now she cannot print envelopes properly (well SHE can
print them properly but WORD doesn't print them properly.) When the
envelope prints out the text is not in the right positions and in some
cases it's cut off. It almost looks like a printer feed issue except
that there is no printer feed issue (and I have this problem on all 3
printers the computer is connected to and they're different printers.)

What can I check to troubleshoot this problem?

The printer queue must be corrupted. Delete and reinstall the printer. Reset
the printer too.
