Envelopes in Word

In Office X, Word component....where are the Tools...Envelopes
functions? they seem greyed out and inaccessible to me?

I have Version 10.1.4

Am I missing something? (sorry, i don't have the manuals)

Not *certain* it will rectify the situation, but you are several updates
behind... Current version of Office X is 10.1.9, so that's the first thing
to address. Go to Help> Check for updates to download & install. Once you're
up-to-date you may find that all is well.

If not, go to Tools> Customize> Customize Menus/Toolbars. On the Toolbars
page click the name of the Menu Bar, then click Reset. Should that still not
do the trick post back for further suggestions.
