Envelopes & Labels address book

Our address book got wiped out underneath envelopes &
labels. Does anyone know where it went and how to get it
back? I'm wondering if anyone know what the file name is
called and where I can look for it on my computer.

Word normally uses the contacts list in Outlook to provide the address
function.
