Envelopes/Outlook

Not sure if this is a Word question or an outlook. But
when I try to create an envelope using my outlook
contacts the country line appears. United States of
America. I do not want that. I don't see that in my
contacts area, so I am guessing that is a default. Is
there a way to turn this off.

Thanks in advance. I am using Office XP

Thanks...But can't seem to get it to work with envelope
correctly. Might be something I am doing wrong. I will
keep trying.
I did notice that in Office 2003 that the Country field
is not added when printing an envelope in word from
contacts in Outlook.

I can also have the user get around this by Using Find
and Replace. Or deleting if they are only using 1
envelope at a time.

Thanks again for your suggestions.

Read it again. There is no reference to Exchange Server in the article to
which I gave you the reference. It's and autotext entry in Word that you
need to modify.

I did follow steps. It does not work if I go to
Envelope/Label and use the Insert Address Button. It
defaults to the "Original" way, even after I made changes
to the AutoText entry.

I did put the Insert Address button on my toolbar and it
will work the correct fields are entered on a blank
document. But not an envelope.

Thanks for your help.
