Envelopes print blank in Office (Word) 2003 Std Edition

I have one user who printed envelopes to this printer until a couple weeks
ago when the envelopes started feeding through the printer but printing
blank. No hardware or software changes on the problem computer. Other users
can print envelopes on this printer from other computers and I was able to
print envelopes from the problem computer while logged in as administrator.
The user can print other documents on this printer just not envelopes. I
uninstalled the printer and re-installed the driver and printer. Should I
be looking for something in Word? User's Windows Profile?

Make sure you go into your printing program and choose the proper size
of envelope. It sounds like you may have chosen the wrong size.

You know, the paper-size possibility can easily be checked by
printing the "envelope" onto a normal sized sheet of paper.

I did more experimenting today. I used an 8.5 x 11 paper instead of an
envelope. Still got a blank page when printing an envelope. So I added 10
lines to the address instead of the normal 3 line and caught a little of the
text but the rest was printing way off from the 11 inch margin so that's why
everything was blank before. Now I have a new question. How do I center the
address to pull it back in from printing beyond the margin?

I think the margins might be screwed up in your envelope setup.
In Word, take the route:

Envelopes and Labels>Envelopes>Options
