Envelopes

At times I type multiple envelopes. I'm using Word 03. Is there an
easier way to get to the envelope screen without going to
Tools...Letters & Mailings....Envelopes and Labels for each envelope I'm
addressing? If there is a button I can put on the tool bar I haven't
found it!

Thanks Richard,

I also found that I can drag the envelope icon (button) into the
standard tool bar. I don't remember being able to do that in Word 02
(XP). It took a while but it seems to work!

using 03at one time after composing a letter I could go to envelopes and the
addressee and address would automatically show up. Now I have to highlight
the information first. How do I set up to have the address appear without
highlighting
