I'm trying to make a report that will take approximately
300 names and addresses from a query and print them onto
business sized envelopes. Can anyone walk me through that?

Can you use word?

You can certainly build the a report in landscape mode, and simply place the
address in the middle. You will have "test" it for your particular printer.

It is not that hard.

However, you might also want to use word, as often you might already have
some merge template set-up.
