Envelops and HP 2200

My document shows envelope and letter. My printer is set up for the
first page to print an envelope from the manual tray and the next
pages from the 3 tray (letterhead). Both the envelope and letter
showup in the preview screen. However when I print the letter prints
to the envelope and nothing prints to the letter sized paper. What
gives
