Envelops stopped printing

I have regularly printed envelops from Word (XP Pro & HP 4) and for some
reason it just stopped printing. Everything feeds fine and it set-up normally
from what I can tell. (envelop face up in the manual tray, feed to the left
side...)

Any ideas would be appreciated!
