Envolopes ? Missing Address Book Macro.

I have a Palm Program withh all my address. I select the address and send
them to Word. I'm supposed to get an Address Book Macro, so I can format the
data I want to use. After that word sets them up in envolope forms ready to
print all or selected envolopes.

No. They said it was a word Macro.
I've done the uninstalling and reinstalling. Also purchased and ran System
Mechanic. Then reinstalled Palm again, But I did not run the Mechanic and
reinstall Office 2000.

Anyone can write/supply a "word Macro". All that means is that the
"macro runs in Word". So the question is who is going to supply this
macro? Since it is a data coming from a "Palm" program, the logical
conclusion is that the Palm folks would have written a macro to format
their data, or they are leaving it up to you to figure out how to write
it. As to this System Mechanic, I would wonder what important bits and
pieces it removed in the guise of "fixing things up"?!?!?!?!?
