Eorror detail msg "Excel caused a divide zero in module excel.exe"

Hello

I am using Office 2000 with SP3 and Win98. When I open a Excel file, a error
message is prompted and forced me to close the file or debug it. When I view
the details of the error, the caption message is shown. However, there is no
problem when it is opened in WinXP/Win2000 with Office 2000. What's the
problem? How can I solve it?
