EPM 2003: change permission

Hi all,

I'm the administrator of an EPM 2003 solution....

One of the users was a PM on a Buiness Unit (mapped on RBS)..., now he
is an execurive (of a different Business Unit)...

on the his PWA Project view, he is still seeing the old project....
how can I "clean his view"???

Hi Vit,

Is the problem resolved? If not, please ensure that he is a member on
those old projects. Also on the security aspect, see if he is the
manager of those old project's managers. Either of this could be a
reason.

Unfortunately I have not solved the issues yet...

Hi Vit,

"Manager of schedule owner" is what I was trying to say. If your
security setup is based on RBS, and a X is at RBS level 3 and Y is on
the same RBS of X but at level 4 then X could see the projects of Y by
choosing the right combination of the four options under Projects
section of Edit category page. Below are those four options.

Allow users in this category to view all projects they manage.
Allow users in this category to view all projects in which they are a
team member.
Allow users in this category to view all projects managed by resources
that they manage
Allow users in this category to view all projects assigned to
resources that they manage

So now, ensure how your security setup is and drill down why they see
the projects that are not expected.
