EPM 2003: email Alerts issue after SP3

Hi all,

I have just applied the SP3 in PS 2003, but I have found out that
there is an issue with the email alerts....

The email alerts have stopped to work...

Any suggestion??? where can I see where is the problem??? (is there in
2003 something similar to the Queque Service in the 2007????)

The issue it have been solved...

just restart the server.... maybe some servicec needed to be
restarted..
