EPM 2003: how populate Risk Owner list and Assigned to list??

Hi all,

I'm trying to understand how the lists are populated... (are the users
of the work space.....)

how is the user list of the workspace populated???

I'd like to insert an executive in the work space (also if she is not
a team member....

how can I do that???

in the workspace user list, I find people that are not team member...
why????

how do I have to set up the permission???

Hi Vit,

You do not mention if you are using EPM 2003/2007

The default behaviour of the system is to syncronise permissions from
PWA to The Workspaces. SO in other words if you are a Project Manager
you will have the same rights on the workspace for that project same
goes for team member. If you would like an executive to be able to see
the workspace to be assigned to risks and issues on 2003 make that
executive part of the project team (Build team from enterprise
functionality). He / She does not have to be assigned to tasks to be
used in the assigned to fied when creating a risk.

In 2007 if you put then exec in the executive category and assign
executive template to the executive group then you should be able to
assign the exec to the risk or issue
