EPM Policies, Procedures, best practices and lessons learned

Hi…
I’m trying to find out what are the best in trade for EPM implementation
planning, deployment and maintenance. I have gone through the EIF for
project server 2002 and am trying to research it for the 2003 since I can not
find the EIF for project server 2003.
Also your insights would be great in aiding me understand the on the
field do’s and don’ts of an EPM deployments. As most documentations aim for a
demo machine and a pilot project.
So if any one ever encountered an EPM implementation please help me out
and tell me what policies, procedures, best practices and lessons learned you
walked away with, to bring into your next implementation.
Also can you point me to the EIF 2003 and it’s supporting tools.

Doubt this helps, but since I read your post and then this article, I figured
I might pass it on. The principles described within are definitely applicable
to any MSP or Sharepoint implementation.
