EPS Error message when opening Word

I am running Office on my mac and System X .3. I have Office Word X
for Mac. When i go to open Word i get a message- "Not enough memory to
run the converter EPS Import". When i click "okay" then word opens and
appears to operate normally. Does anyone have any ideas to cure this?
