Hi BowJang,
In Word 2000 EPS files generally display the
preview rather than the actual EPS content. This
was changed starting with Word 2002. The size
of a graphic display on insert in Word can be
impacted by the Pixel per inch setting in
Tools=>Options=>General=>Web Options=>Pictures

After importing (isert)eps file in my work (Word 2000), my eps pic shrink.
Why?
I haven't such a problem with PM or Quark.
