EPS Spooler Error suddenly any project trying to save changes.

started getting the following spooler error this afternoon.
Database Error (0x80040E14) - does any one have any ideas what might be the
problem with this?

We get spooler errors frequently but usually regarding user account problem
- which appears to be a communications problem as upon retry usually that
works.

Today's problem seems different with differnt projects consistently.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

"0x80040e14" error message is displayed in the Microsoft Office Project
Server Spooler dialog box and is logged in the Application log when you
publish a project to Project Server 2003
