EPS2003 - Project Doc Library - will not Upload document - max len

Using EPS2003 with Share Point Services Documment Libraries. When trying to
load a specific document for the associated project it generates an error
"The form submission cannot be processed because it exceeded the maximum
length allowed by the Web Administrator. Please resubmit the form with less
data". Our IT Administrator has increased the max lenght setting in the Share
Point configuration and rebooted the server. This has had no impact as the
error continues even with the max length set to something considerably larger
than the document. Reducing the document is really not an option. Does
anyone know what else we can do to get past this error and load the document.
Size of document is 74,714kb.
Thanks,
Jackie

Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I had tried that before posting the
original question. I did save as to local machine - tried to load and
received same error message. Also tried to compress the file into ZIP file
and load which also produced same error message. Sounds like you may be
thinking the error message regarding size limit is not the true error or
problem. Have you ever heard of anyone else receiving this MS Error when
loading documents to doc library?
Thanks,
Jackie

Gary,
I only did SAVE AS to new Word 2002 document. I will try saving to XML as
you have suggested. Thanks for your help. this has been very troublesome.

Gary,
We finally got this fixed. It turns out there was second Share Point
Services Server configuration that also had a size limitation to it. This was
found and updated by our IT Manager. I do not have the specifics on this but
could obtain if it would be helpful to anyone. Turns out the document was not
corrupted in this particular case. Thank for your assistance with this issue.
Thanks,
Jackie
