Equation Editior in other language

J

Joseph

I'm using Windows XP pro and Office XP (all in english version)
As I also need to use some chinese non-unicode base software, I have set the
language of the Windows XP into Chinese instead of english for non-unicode
However, Equation editor cannot start, until I have reset the lang into
english, I have copy the 1028 folder into equation editior dir, but it is not
helpful. Anyone can teach me how to start the equation editior in different
lang?

Hi Joseph,

The MS Equation Editor is a 3rd party add-in from
Design Science, http://mathtype.com . They also
makes a more advanced version but I'm not sure which
languages are supported in either product.

You may want to check through the support information/tips
on their website through
http://mathtype.com/en/products/ee/index.asp
as well as checking in the MS Word
International Features newsgroup (links below).
