I am looking for a way to change the COLOR of the word "Equation Editor".
Does anyone knows how to do it?

Hi, Avner,

Equation Editor can't do color at all. As Henry Ford used to say, "You
can have any color you want as long as it's black."

If you buy MathType from Design Science (www.dessci.com), the folks
who supplied Equation Editor to Microsoft, then you can color any part
of an equation as you want it to be (see
http://www.dessci.com/en/products/mathtype/win/features.htm#color).
