Equation editor not working

When I try to open an equation in word 2004 I get a message "MT extra screen
font not available" and it ruins my equations. Printing and display are
incorrect it warns and asks to reinstall equation editor. After
reinstalling all of office 2004 I still have the problem. How do I get this
font?

Thanks. Actually I found the font in a subfolder of the Office 2004 folder
and used the Apple "fontbook" to install it to my user fonts folder. Then
Word was able to "see" the file. It is bizarre that the fonts are not being
installed correctly. I wonder if other fonts are missing as well and must
be manually installed.
