Equation Editor on a Toolbar

Does anyone know how I can place the equation editor on
the toolbar for easy access?

Click...

Tools | Customize | Commands: under Categories select All
Commands. Under Commands, scroll to find InsertEquation,
then click and drag it to your toolbar.

You can also find Equation Editor in the Insert category.
