Equation Editor

Is there an equation editor in the Office:Mac package? When I try to
insert an object, there is not an option of equation editor. Any idea
what I am doing wrong?

I think it is in the "value" pack.
But I'm not that sure, since I never did install it. Mostly from a
principle of bloat control.
I prefer to set equations with the EQ fields, but then I'm a masochist.

It's an optional install to keep the Bloat Police happy (hi Elliott)...

Go to the Value Pack on your CD, look for Equation Editor, and install it.
