Equation Fill

L

When i put in an equation in Word 2003 using the Equation Editor, it always
has a gray background fill.

How do I change the fill to be the normal white background?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

On the View tab of Tools | Options change the "Field shading" setting from
Always to Never or When selected.
