Equations and images not visible

B

berlina

Hi!
I am working with windows vista and office 2007, with a document originally
created in word 2003. Office 2007 doesn't have editor equation so I copy and
paste the equations created in the originally word 2003.
After a windows update about security internet, I can not see the images and
equations, but I can see it if I print. What's going wrong?
The latest changes in the doc were compressing image, numerate equations,
inserting images as map of bits.

I have tried to reinstall office 2007, and to restore windows vista from the
latest windows update, but i doesn't work.

Thank so much for your help ;)

Sorry, you've posted into the Macintosh Word group, we can't help you much
with Word 2007.

I suspect the problem is that you "compressed the images". In doing so, you
would have removed the "displayable" component of the equations. The old
equations were a sandwich of equation text nd a displayable bitmap. If you
compress images, you may have deleted the bitmap, so there's nothing to
display but it prints OK.

I don't know why you say that Office 2007 doesn't have an equation editor?
Mine does. Check the help :)

Cheers
