equipment booking strange issue

hi,all,
I set up a room mailbox in exchange and enable the "allow conflicts" and
only 1 day advance allow for booking in owa option, and it works well. only
there is a strange problem. if the equipments is booked for more than 1 day,
of course it is not allowed by system. so the users will receive a deciline
email. this is ok.

BUT it is not automatically remove from the equipment calendar!!! so for the
equipment calendar manager, she is hard to jugde it. she wants to the decline
request should also be removed from the equipments calenar automatically.

how can I achive this? someone can help me? thanks
